Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the property, including leasing, tenant relations, rent collection, and maintenance coordination 
• Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and local regulations 
• Oversee budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting 
• Lead and mentor on-site staff to maintain efficient operations and excellent customer service 
• Conduct regular property inspections to uphold cleanliness and safety standards 
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and resolve issues professionally 
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of property management experience, preferably in multifamily residential properties 
• Strong knowledge of property management software (experience with Yardi is a plus) 
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reporting 
• Excellent communication and leadership skills 
• Familiarity with HUD and Tax Credit program compliance is preferred 
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail 
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
