Celtic Property Management is actively seeking a highly experienced, compliance-driven Property Manager for Paradise Palms II, an affordable housing community in Mesa, AZ. This is a dynamic role for a proven leader with a passion for affordable housing and deep knowledge of regulatory programs. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, ensure full compliance with tax credit requirements, and drive performance in a high-need community.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, budgeting, maintenance, and resident relations.
   
• Ensure strict compliance with all LIHTC/HUD regulations and file audits.
   
• Lead and support onsite teams with a hands-on management approach.
   
• Maintain occupancy and financial performance goals.
   
• Build strong relationships with residents and foster a community-oriented environment.

Requirements

 What You Bring:

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a Tax Credit (LIHTC) or HUD property.
   
• In-depth knowledge of affordable housing programs and compliance.
   
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
   
• Working knowledge of Yardi or other property management software.
   
• Tax Credit Specialist certification preferred—or willingness to obtain.
