Job Description - Paralegal

Job Description

Correspond with U.S. and international outside counsel, and prepare and/or file documents and supporting materials, relating to prosecution and maintenance of U.S. and international trademark portfolio.
Assist with preparing documents for all aspects of proceedings, including evidence of use, supporting affidavits
Review and docket worldwide watch service notices
Research third party marks
Assist, as needed, in special projects
Provide due diligence trademark support for corporate transactions
