Paralegal / Contract Administrator

Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of a wide range of leases, agreements, and other contracts to ensure the company’s interests are protected and compliance with legal standards is maintained. 

Requirements

  Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience as a paralegal
• Experience with commercial transactions is required, experience with commercial leasing/commercial real estate is a plus 
• Strong Microsoft Office Word skills including the ability to format complex agreements is required 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
• Position is not remote or hybrid

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, assembling, and reviewing airport commercial real estate agreements
• Assist in drafting legal notices to airport tenants and vendors 
• Organize and manage closing documents for commercial leases (i.e. certificates of insurance, letters of credit, security deposits)
• Coordinate contract approvals and execution processes
• Maintain legal files 
• Administrative support to the legal and compliance department, including liaising with finance, accounting, operations, human resources, and the marketing department. 
• Other duties as assigned
