Responsibilities:

• Take a proactive role in managing various aspects of business/commercial litigation cases, including case preparation, discovery, and client interactions.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys to develop effective case strategies and ensure smooth case progression.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research, analysis, and preparation of legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Assist in trial preparation, including organizing evidence, coordinating witnesses, and managing trial logistics.
• Maintain diligent case records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines and court procedures.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, with a strong background in business/commercial litigation.
• Demonstrated proficiency in handling all aspects of case management, from inception to trial, including Efiling, discovery, pleadings, and client interactions.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving legal technologies and procedures.
