Job Description - Paralegal (Personal Injury / Employment Law)

We are seeking a Paralegal to support attorneys with case management, legal documentation, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Document Preparation: Draft pleadings, discovery, and correspondence.
Case Management: Maintain case files and deadlines.
Discovery Support: Assist with document production and organization.
Client Communication: Coordinate with clients and third parties.

Qualifications

Experience: 2–5 years as a paralegal.

Skills

Strong organizational and writing skills.
Knowledge of legal procedures and documentation.

Attributes

Detail-oriented and proactive.

Compensation
$65,000 – $90,000 depending on experience
