Due to expansion and growth, we are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team. Our firm provides a supportive and professional work environment, and we take pride in delivering top-quality legal services to our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and compile arbitration packages for no-fault claims.
- Review, analyze, and summarize arbitration decisions.
- Assist attorneys in case preparation, including gathering and organizing necessary documentation.
- Manage case files, track deadlines, and ensure timely filings.
- Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing parties as needed.
- Conduct legal research related to no-fault arbitration and insurance laws.
Qualifications:
Experience in no-fault arbitration is required, specifically in representing medical providers.
Experience working in a law office representing injured parties is not sufficient for this role
- Strong understanding of no-fault insurance laws and arbitration procedures.
- Ability to effectively review and interpret arbitration decisions.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely is crucial.
- Excellent organizational and case management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
- Familiarity with case management software is a plus.
