Because of rapid expansion of the organization the following opportunity is currently available:  Paralegal- Probate and Administration

We are looking for a self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented person to join our progressive, innovative, and growing elder care law department of nine attorneys and a great team of paralegals

Some documents you may prepare include wills, pleadings, motions, petitions, guardianship applications and power of attorney requests. In a firm more involved with trusts and estates, a paralegal may also draft business plans, financial reports, and prepare both income and estate tax returns.
