Preti Flaherty, one of New England’s largest law firms with offices in ME, NH, MA, and Washington, D.C., is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join the firm’s dynamic and growing Trust and Estates practice group. This hybrid position is based in our Concord, NH office and offers an engaging roster of work in Trust and Estates on behalf of Preti’s regional and national clients.

The ideal candidate should have broad base of experiences handling probate and trust administrations, including probate accounting and preparation of Federal state tax returns (Form 706). Familiarity with Probate Court rules and procedures is required.

Education and Experience Required

-5+ years of Trust and Estates paralegal experience and should be able to work independently.

Attention to detail, problem-solving, proofreading, and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.

-A working knowledge of Microsoft Office and iManage is preferred.
