Paralegal - Unlimited Growth Potential

Currently I am recruiting for a Paralegal.

The ideal Paralegal will have experience with the following:

• Family law and business litigation (must have)
• Creating and maintaining litigation notebooks, researching cases and statutes, revising and drafting simple pleadings, filing pleadings, assisting with discovery and helping prepare for hearings, mediations, and trial.
• Calendar management including setting up appointments, reviewing, updating, and managing the calendar
• Experience reading, proofreading, revising and finalizing documents/contracts.
• Following up on answers, documents, outstanding discovery/deliverables, things needed from others.
• Experience with Slack, Dropbox, Res Georgia, Microsoft Word, and Adobe is a must
• Setting up Zoom and Conference Calls
• Taking notes, updating files and records
• Setting up and closing files and subfiles on Dropbox and CRM software
• Onboarding new clients
• Administrative Duties.

This position is a contract position.

$25/hr-$28/hr.
