Job Description - Paramedic - Emergency Department

The Paramedic provides technical assistance and performs selected acts, including the administration of treatments, under the supervision of the ER Physician and/or Registered Nurse. The Paramedic is accountable for his/her own actions. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital.

Graduate of accredited Paramedic program
Active Florida Paramedic license
Advanced Cardiac LIfe Support (ACLS)
