Paramedic (EMS) Join a Critical Care Team

The Staff Pad has partnered with a healthcare organization in Hamilton, Texas seeking a skilled and compassionate Paramedic to join their Emergency Medical Services team.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to emergency and non -emergency calls
  
• Provide advanced life support (ALS) care in the field
  
• Assess, stabilize, and transport patients safely
  
• Administer medications, IV therapy, airway management, and cardiac monitoring within scope of practice
  
• Communicate critical patient information to dispatch and receiving facilities
  
• Complete accurate patient care documentation and reports
  
• Ensure ambulances, equipment, and supplies remain response -ready at all times
  
• Work collaboratively with hospital staff, law enforcement, and fire personnel to provide coordinated patient care
  

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Current Texas Paramedic or Licensed Paramedic certification
  
• Valid driver’s license
  
• AHA CPR Certification
  

Preferred:

• 1+ year of EMS or emergency medical experience
  
• Strong communication and critical -thinking skills
  
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high -pressure situations
