Job Title: Paramedic – ERV (14/14 Rotation)
Location: Southeast New Mexico
Schedule: 14 Days On / 14 Days Off Rotation
Openings: 2 Positions

About the Role:
XstremeMD is hiring two experienced and licensed Paramedics to support our client operations in Southeast New Mexico. This position works on a 14/14 rotational schedule and requires extensive travel between worksites. The selected candidates will provide essential field medical support and use telemedicine tools to deliver healthcare services in remote environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel daily between customer worksites to provide medical support.
   
• Maintain readiness to respond to emergencies at all times while on duty.
   
• Deliver efficient healthcare services utilizing telemedicine platforms.
   
• Perform biometric screenings and occupational testing (e.g., audiometry, PFT, respiratory fit testing).
   
• Maintain and stock ERV units and medical supplies.
   
• Ensure all documentation and patient records are accurate and up to date in the EMR system.
   
• Assist in emergency response planning and patient follow-up care.
   
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to client and team wellness.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Valid New Mexico Paramedic License (or ability to obtain prior to start).
   
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS.
   
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR will be checked).
   
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
   
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
   
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in remote field environments.
   

Preferred Certifications (or willingness to obtain):

• NREMT Paramedic Certification
   
• AREMM (Advanced Remote Emergency Medical Management)
   
• NIOSH and CAOHC (Audiometry)
   
• UDS and BAT
   
• TWIC (if required by site)
   

Working Conditions:

• Field-based, customer-facing environment with extensive daily travel.
   
• Rotational shift schedule: 14 days on/14 days off.
   
• May include weekends and holidays as needed.
   
• Physical activities include frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing, kneeling, and driving.
