Paraplanner

NaviPoint Advisory Group, a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial, is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paraplanner to join our team. As we continue to enhance our client experience and provide top-tier financial planning services, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with meeting preparation, ensuring advisors are well-equipped with necessary materials and insights.


• Provide financial planning support, including data gathering, analysis, and plan development.


• Manage client follow-ups, ensuring action items are completed efficiently.


• Execute trades, transactions, and paperwork with precision and compliance in mind.


• Collaborate with the team to optimize workflows and enhance client service.

Qualifications

• A licensed financial professional (preferred), but we are open to candidates willing to obtain certification.


• Experience in financial services, wealth management, or financial planning is a plus.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.


• APMA® credential is highly desirable, as this expertise would add significant value to our team.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $26 per hour, commensurate with experience
