Clarity Financial Advisors, a growing Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial, is seeking a Paraplanner to join our team.

This role is a key part of our client service and planning infrastructure—supporting advisors and helping deliver a high-quality, seamless experience for our clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Execute trades, transactions, new business applications, and account maintenance with a high level of accuracy and timeliness


• Ensure all activities meet firm policies and regulatory requirements


• Serve as a resource for client service requests requiring licensing and product knowledge


• Support advisors with estate settlements and more complex casework


• Partner with advisors and team members to prepare for client meetings and follow through on action items


• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance efficiency, and strengthen the client experience

What We’re Looking For

• Active securities licenses (Series 7 and 66 or equivalent) and Life & Health Insurance required.




• Candidates nearing completion of licensing will be considered




• Experience in financial services operations, paraplanning, or business processing


• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively


• Clear communicator with a collaborative, team-first mindset


• Comfortable working in evolving systems and a dynamic environment


• Availability to work Eastern Time business hours

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary: $75,000, exempt

• Hybrid or remote arrangements considered for exceptional candidates


• Remote team members must work Eastern Time hours
