We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paraplanner (client and advisor support associate) to join our Paraplanning team. Key Responsibilities

As a Paraplanner, you will play a critical role in supporting our advisors and ensuring an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing agendas for client meetings
• Coordinating and tracking post-meeting follow-up tasks
• Collaborating with internal teams to move action items forward
• Learning operational workflows and assisting with administrative tasks as needed
• Monitoring client accounts for monthly contributions and distributions
• Resolving client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Initiating and tracking client service requests to ensure full resolution

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree, certification, or equivalent experience
• 0–2 years of experience in the financial services industry
• Strong financial acumen and analytical thinking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong client service mindset and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks
• Licensing is not required for this role
