Job Coach/Mentor | $20/Hour

What if your job was helping someone discover what they CAN do?

We’re looking for a patient, positive, and encouraging job mentor to help young adults ages 18–26 build confidence, independence, and real-world job skills.

You’ll work one-on-one in schools and community workplaces—teaching skills, celebrating progress, solving challenges, and helping turn “I can’t” into “I did it.”

You’ll:

• Coach and mentor young adults


• Teach workplace and job skills


• Build confidence and independence


• Encourage progress and celebrate wins


• Help overcome barriers and solve problems


• Support employment goals

Minimum Qualifications of a Job Mentor

  High school diploma or equivalent

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  Strong organization and problem-solving skills

  Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  Positive mentoring and coaching skills

  Valid driver's license

  Reliable transportation between community worksites

  Ability to pass a criminal background check
