Ashuelot Valley Academy is a co-ed school serving grades 5–12 in a year-round program. We provide competency-based academics combined with therapeutic support and community-based learning experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Assist teachers with classroom instruction and management
- Provide one-on-one and small group student support
- Support implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Supervise students during classes, activities, and community outings
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports

Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred
- Experience working with youth (coaching, mentoring, childcare, etc.) preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
