Paratransit Attendant

Pay Rate: $21.34 / Hr.

Core Competencies/Responsibilities:

• Ability to work split shifts


• Provide excellent customer service by consistently demonstrating friendliness, courtesy, professional and empathetic attitude with all customers


• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English


• Ability to work under stressful situations and meet strict timelines


• Ability to manage difficult customers


• Ability to lift/move 25 lbs


• Ability to follow all company safety and operational rules and procedures


• Subject to FTA Drug and Alcohol program

Knowledge and Experience:

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent


• Must be 21 years of age


• Must have or have the ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 6 months of hire


• Must be able to read, write and understand English


• Ability to pass a criminal background check as regulated by the client


• Ability to pass mandated FTA Drug and Alcohol testing

Additional Statements:

Drug and alcohol screening: Employment contingent upon passing pre-employment drug and alcohol screen. Also contingent upon receiving a favorable background check. Must pass a physical examination.
