The National Center on Sexual Exploitation (NCOSE) is a national nonprofit organization working to prevent sexual abuse and exploitation mass scale by eliminating institutional behaviors & cultural norms that enable it. Through advocacy, education, research, communications, and strategic partnerships, NCOSE works to advance policies, practices, and cultural change that protect human dignity and promote healthier communities.
The NCOSE Parent Center is a key part of this work, equipping parents and caregivers with practical resources, education, and support to help children navigate an increasingly sexualized and digital world. The Parent Center helps families understand emerging risks, have meaningful conversations with children, and take informed action to create safer environments for young people.
Position Overview
NCOSE is seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Parent Center Communications & Project Coordinator to help expand the reach and impact of this work. The coordinator will play an important role in telling the stories of NCOSE and the Parent Center, engaging key audiences, supporting campaigns and initiatives, and helping communicate the organization's impact through compelling, strategic content.

NCOSE is a growing organization, and its communications, programmatic, fundraising, and advocacy needs will continue to develop. Accordingly, the responsibilities and emphasis of this position may evolve over time.
NCOSE will periodically review the scope of the position to ensure that responsibilities, priorities, and areas of focus remain aligned with organizational needs and opportunities. This may include adjustments to the balance of communications, project coordination, Parent Center support, external engagement, campaign support, or other related responsibilities.
The goal is to ensure that the position provides meaningful organizational value while allowing the coordinator to contribute at the highest level of their skills and capabilities.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary is commensurate with experience with a range of $55,000 – $65,000. Benefits include generous medical, dental, vision insurance, FSA, 401K, paid time off, and EAP.
