What You’ll Do as a Front of House Team Member:

• Deliver enthusiastic and friendly service with a smile and eye contact
• Make emotional connections with guests by saying “My Pleasure”
• Multitask quickly while maintaining a strong work ethic and team spirit
• Serve guests in-store and outdoors, adapting to various weather conditions
• Handle money accurately and communicate effectively with guests and teammates
• Follow Chick-fil-A’s vision, mission, and core values.

What You’ll Do as a Back of House Team Member:

• Prepare and present food quickly and safely, meeting Chick-fil-A’s high standards
• Manage kitchen stations including on the line assembling, breading, machines, and prep.
• Minimize waste and maintain kitchen cleanliness and order
• Stay updated on new products and complete in-house training
• Work safely with kitchen equipment and report maintenance needs
• Complete opening and closing tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Benefits:

• Cheerful, positive attitude with a passion for helping others
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
• Available either 9-2, 11-2, 10-1, or any hours between 9 AM and 3 PM
• The ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
