Parking Enforcement: Full-Time w/ Benefits! (2ndt Shift + Weekends) - Milwaukee, WI

We are looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented problem-solver for a Parking Enforcement position at our parking facilities throughout downtown Milwaukee.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Travel throughout the downtown Milwaukee area and be responsible for parking enforcement and compliance at a variety of parking facilities.
• Identify  and cite parking violators.
• Track  and record violations, recommending additional actions as necessary (e.g., towing, emergency assistance, etc.).
• Audit monthly parking users by location.
• Communicate with the Milwaukee Operations Team in support of day-to-day field issues.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Outstanding organization and time management skills.
• Comfortable  with using new technology.
• Ability to problem solve, work in a team environment, with or without supervision as required.
• Ability to work outside year-round.
• Minimum age of 25 to drive for Interstate Parking per our Insurance Carrier
• Valid Regular Driver’s License with a clean driving record. 
• Highschool diploma or equivalent and relevant customer service experience.

Schedule:
Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays from 4:00PM to 12:00AM
Hours/Week: Full-Time, 40hrs/week
