Parking Maintenance

The Parking Attendant/Maintenance has a variety of duties including providing quality service for monthly parking customers and daily parking customers, maintaining parking structure clean and completing needed maintenance as required. Position is 80% Maintenance / 20% Parking Attendant

Pay:  $20.00 an hour

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.   A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

• Respond to customer complaints with the proper amount of sympathy and empathy.  
• Demonstrate ability to accurately determine job priorities
• Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork.
• Provide Valet services as needed
• Park and retrieve customer cars as needed
• Assist with equipment issues
• Cleans and assists with upkeep of building
• Performs routine maintenance on building systems
• Keep inventory of materials needed for repairs and maintenance
• Provide support for any special projects as assigned by your manager. These special projects, at the determination of your manager, may or may not become part of this position’s primary responsibilities.  

• Must be 21 years of age or older. 
• Bilingual - Must be able to communicate effectively in English
• Parking Maintenance Experience Preferred
