Part Cleaner/Quality Inspection 1st Shift

Our commitment to quality craftsmanship and team-oriented values sets us apart—and we’re growing! We’re currently looking for a reliable and detail-focused Part Cleaner to join our 1st shift team.

Position Summary:
As a Part Cleaner, you will play a key role in our production process by ensuring each finished part meets our quality standards before it moves on to the next stage. This is a hands-on, active role that requires attention to detail and the ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect laminated parts for defects such as glue residue, edge imperfections, or surface damage.
  
• Clean parts using cloths, solvents, and hand tools to remove debris, dust, and adhesive.
  
• Perform light touch-ups and minor repairs (e.g., buffing edges, sanding, gluing).
  
• Ensure parts meet company quality standards before packaging or staging.
  
• Communicate with team leads and quality control personnel on recurring issues.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  
• Follow all safety and company procedures consistently.
  

Qualifications:

• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for the entire 8-hour shift.
  
• Basic understanding of hand tools (e.g., utility knife, sanding block).
  
• Ability to work independently and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience is a plus, but not required.
  
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
