Part - Full Time Handyman for Residential & Commercial Jobs

We are looking for a professional part time handyman to complete the following tasks in the surrounding Lansing area:

Minor plumbing repairs.

Minor electrical repairs.

Minor remodeling such as new kitchen cabinets and trim work.

Minor carpentry.

Painting and drywall repairs.

Installing doors and windows.

Minor roof repairs (shingle/flat roof).

You will need to have your own transportation as well as your own tools.

Punctuality is a must as well as good communication skills.

A smart phone to be used for job tasks and clocking in / gps.
 

We are searching for someone who has at least 5+ years experience doing the above items.

Starting pay is $20.00 - $22.50 per hour (based on experience) and after the 90 day probation period we will do a review of your skills / work completed and determine the potential for a possible raise. You will be a self employed contractor responsible for your own taxes, and will be issued a 1099.

We ask that you provide at least 3 references along with any photos of recent work you have completed. The amount of work varies each week but on average 20 - 40 hours. Some weeks there is more work than other weeks. Weekly pay via check upon satisfactory completion of the jobs.
