Synergy Care is looking for a qualified Rehab Director for an open position in Zachary, LS. We are looking for someone who will provide quality patient care and be a team player. This is an IL/AL facility

In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist and have at least three years experience. Experience in Outpatient is also helpful
