Part-Time Appointment Center Specialist - Opportunity to Make a Difference

Groundworks is seeking talented Part-Time Appointment Center Specialists to join our tribe in Virginia Beach, VA!

Job Description

As an Appointment Center Specialist, you will be the voice of our brand and the first point of contact with our future customers. You will utilize excellent customer service skills to create a positive first impression with interested homeowners, then schedule initial free inspection appointments as the first step to earning their business.

You will handle inbound calls from homeowners eager to work with us, as well as make warm outbound calls (no cold calling!) in a fast-paced call center environment.

• Average earners take home $18-22+/hr!

• Base pay $14/hr + $3 bonus per each appointment booked & ran

• Weekend and Weekday shifts available

• Onsite in Virginia Beach, VA

Job Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make warm outbound calls using an automated dialer. All calls are warm - no cold calling!

• Schedule inspection and estimate appointments with interested homeowners

• Maintain customer information within company software

• All other duties as necessary

• Comfortable using computers

• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in work strategy
