The Grant Program Assistant is a temporary, part-time, grant-funded position. In collaboration with the Director of Instruction and Professional Development and Department of Catholic Schools staff, this individual will provide administrative, logistical, and programmatic support for the implementation of a multi-year leadership development initiative funded through a grant opportunity.
This position will support leadership development programming designed to strengthen the pipeline of current and aspiring school leaders, coordinate grant-funded activities, maintain required documentation, and assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of professional learning opportunities across the Archdiocese of Baltimore. The Grant Program Assistant reports to the Director of Instruction and Professional Development. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and project management skills. This position requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records of expenditures, and communicate effectively with principals, assistant principals, teachers, presenters, and external partners.
This is a hybrid position requiring approximately 20 hours of work per week, with the majority of responsibilities performed remotely. Occasional attendance at in-person professional development sessions, meetings, and events will be required.

The anticipated time commitment is approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility based on program schedules and grant-related activities. Occasional attendance at in-person professional development sessions, meetings, or events will be required.
This is a stipend-based position and is not a salaried role. The annual stipend will be distributed in monthly installments in accordance with Archdiocesan procedures and expectations regarding the satisfactory completion of assigned responsibilities.
Pay Rate: $33.00, Hourly
