Our client in Springdale, AR is seeking an administrative assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years working as an administrative assistant, has great communication, writing and organizations skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Part Time Administrative Assistant
Location: Springdale, AR
Pay Range:
Shift: Monday- Friday 7am- 1pm
What’s the Job?
Working closely with HR
Prepare all paperwork for new hires
Receiving invoices
Schedule compliance for new hires
Complete interviews and extend job offers
What’s Needed?
High school diploma or GED
Great communication and writing skills
At least 2+ years in equivalent field
Organizational skills
Great time management skills
