Overview
Quality Maintenance & Repair Service Inc is looking for a janitor to join our cleaning crew. We are a fast growing, locally owned janitorial service. The person selected will play an important part in giving our valued clients exceptional cleaning service every day. They will delight our clients with clean restrooms, emptied trash cans, sparkling glass and spotless floors every day. They are true team players and make a huge difference for clients.

Important:

This job requires that you have a personal car for transportation. The person hired must be willing to drive their personal car to clean 2-3 buildings per night. The buildings are located within five (5 miles of each other).

Requirements

Is willing to learn the company's method of cleaning.

Cleans restrooms, break rooms, works areas, exam rooms, sinks and other areas following company cleaning guidelines.

Completes assigned work with quality and speed.

Sweeps, mops and vacuums floors.

Takes trash to dumpster.

Helps to load and unload van.

Works well with other employees and supervisors.

Takes feedback on work performance in a positive way, using it to improve work quality.

Is respectful and responsible with company and client property.

Has the ability to learn fast and follow directions.

Has personal car that is reliable and is willing to drive their car to clean 2-3 buildings each work day.

They can work all days Monday to Friday according to the following schedule:

Monday 5:00pm-8:00pm

Tuesday 5:00pm-8:00pm

Wednesday 5:00pm-8:30pm

Thursday 5:00pm-8:00pm

Friday 5:00pm-8:30pm
