Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist who is passionate about patient care and committed to excellence in pharmacy practice. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing pharmaceutical care to a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of medication management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Staff Pharmacist shall perform duties assigned by the Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC).
• Supervise all pharmacy technicians, students/interns, pharmacy support staff
• Ensure strict compliance with all standardized professional policies and procedures
• Responsible for all activities related to dispensing medications.
• Fill prescriptions, verifying instructions from prescribing practitioners on the proper amounts of medication to dispense to patients.

Shift:

• Pharmacy hours of operation: Monday-Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm
• Will work minimum 3 days per week

Qualifications:

• NY State Pharmacist license (current, active with no negative history)
• Previous Retail, Mail Order or Specialty Pharmacy Experience is required
• New Grads will be considered
