Part-Time Sample Coordinator - Generous Compensation

Zing Recruiting, in partnership with an established flavor manufacturer in the Bridgewater, NJ area is on the search for a Part-Time Sample Lab Coordinator to join their team starting in July 2024!

Sample Coordinator Job Summary:

• Receive product samples from the manufacturing location once a week.
• Repack product into smaller samples in a food-grade environment.
• Distribute test samples to the three testing leads in Bridgewater once a week.
• Enter analytical test request in LIMS according to the instructions provided by project leaders. Accurately perform data entry.
• Maintain and retain library of samples in Bridgewater.
• Enter sample receipt and distribution data into tracking worksheet.
• Assist in shipping/receiving of samples.
• Logistics coordination.
• Support other projects as needed.

Sample Coordinator Qualifications:

• HS Diploma
• MS-Office (Word, strong Excel)
• Familiarity with good manufacturing practices (GMPs) for food is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail required.
• Ability to measure samples.
• Great communication skills.
