Participant Engagement Supervisor - Start Immediately

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a dynamic Participant Engagement Supervisor to lead our clients' team in Boston. Our client is a well respected healthcare fund management company serving more than 190,000 employees. This key role involves overseeing the activities of Health Promoters and Healthcare Navigators to enhance participant engagement and improve health outcomes. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with healthcare professionals, and ensure effective program execution. This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on health outcomes through strategic leadership and innovative community engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train Health Promoters to drive participation in health programs such as Diabetes management.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance and productivity to meet established goals.
• Manage data reporting on the CarMa platform and handle team workflow.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and community partners to optimize participant experiences and outcomes.
• Plan and execute training sessions and member events.
• Develop and oversee operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure continuous staff development and manage office operations.
• Uphold the organization's values of diversity and inclusion, promoting a respectful and engaging work environment.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare promotion, patient advocacy, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience with strong leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel skills at an intermediate level.
• Language skills in Haitian Creole or Spanish preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel 15-25% (up to 50% in certain regions).

Work Schedule:

• Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.
• Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day (37.5 hours per week).
