We’re hiring a Partner Manager to own a high-volume book of training, coaching, and enablement partners who deliver Yoodli-powered programs to their clients’ employees. You’ll manage dozens of active partners. Your impact comes from designing scaled enablement, one-to-many resources, and repeatable onboarding that get partners selling and delivering Yoodli efficiently. You’ll also elect to go deeper with a subset of high-potential partners, running account mapping and direct expansion plays where the opportunity warrants the investment. You operate with an account manager mindset: incubating partners for sustained growth rather than transacting and moving on. This is a foundational role on a growing partnerships team with room to grow as the channel scales.
