Partner Marketing Manager

These partners extend Elastic’s capabilities through integrations, joint solutions, and emerging AI-driven use cases that help customers solve complex problems.

We are seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to support partner marketing efforts aligned to joint marketing plans with our AI ecosystem and technology partners. This role is responsible for planning and delivering partner-specific marketing initiatives that reflect shared solution priorities, technical integrations, and joint go-to-market motions.

What You Will Be Doing

Own Joint Marketing Plans

• Develop and manage joint marketing plans with assigned AI ecosystem and technology partners.


• Translate joint solution priorities, integration roadmaps, and GTM motions into actionable marketing initiatives.


• Align partner plans with Elastic product priorities, launches, and broader ecosystem strategy.

Implement Partner-Specific Initiatives

• Lead execution of partner-aligned campaigns, launches, events, and solution-focused activations.


• Coordinate timelines, results, and inputs across internal teams and partners.


• Adapt execution based on partner readiness, technical turning points, and market opportunities.

Support Solution & Integration-Led GTM

• Collaborate with partners to bring joint solutions and integrations to market.


• Support marketing activities tied to product releases, technical announcements, and customer stories.


• Ensure Elastic is clearly and accurately represented within partner-facing solution narratives and materials.

Partner & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned partners.


• Work closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, Alliances, Sales, and Field Marketing.


• Build strong working relationships with partner marketing and cross-functional collaborators.

Measure & Refine

• Track performance against joint plans, including engagement, adoption, and pipeline contribution.


• Use insights from execution and partner feedback to inform future plans.


• Share results and recommendations with leadership.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of proven experience in marketing programs, partner marketing, or campaign execution


• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder marketing activities


• Strong organizational and communication skills


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities


• Experience working within defined processes


• Demonstrated attention to detail when supporting budgets, contracts, and purchase orders


• Availability for occasional travel as needed
