Job Description - Partner Operations Anaylst



JOB DESCRIPTION


The Partner Operations Analyst (POA) at Abstrakt Marketing Group will directly assist the Operations department heads. He or she will also work closely with Partner Sales Managers (PSMs), Partner Performance Managers (PPMs), Sales Development Reps (SDRs), and clients. Primary responsibilities include analyzing pipelines, meeting with PSMs, identifying list parameters with Clients on Kickoff calls, utilizing data to help teams accomplish goals, and performing contract audits. The goal of this position is to analyze data in such a way that will help Abstrakt to accomplish goals and improve client relationships.


The Partner Operations Analyst position at Abstrakt Marketing Group requires an experienced, competitive, and hardworking candidate who will help Abstrakt operationally. This individual must be good with data, have excellent communication skills, and be a quick learner who is able to solve problems independently. In this role, you will provide support to the Pipeline Outbound department, ultimately supporting the growth and success of our entire organization.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Data Management for Client’s prospect data and transferring ownership when needed.

  • Identifying a Client’s list parameters on implementation calls, speaking directly with Clients and ensuring program fulfillment is possible with the identified parameters.

  • Analyze client pipelines to determine if more contact records are needed to fulfill program requirements.

  • Finding and using internal data to assist in accomplishing annual client guarantees.

  • Meet with PSMs weekly to discuss data and pipeline health.

  • Ensure the Abstrakt process is being followed.

  • Contract audits/addendums – ensuring account pages are updated to ensure contract fulfillment is tracked and seen.

  • Provide Tier-1 Salesforce support as needed for Pipeline Team.

  • Assist in client relationship management.

  • Ensuring data is being enriched on a monthly basis for client pipelines.

  • Overseeing operational responsibilities for Implementation, including but not limited to the initial list build.

  • Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations for 2+ pipeline teams, managing on or around 100+ accounts monthly.


JOB REQUIREMENTS



  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to communicate clearly

  • Experience using Salesforce

  • Attention to detail, problem solving, and time management skills

  • Ability to promote process improvement

  • Ability to prioritize needs with work tasks
