Overview:
This role is responsible for driving sales growth and retaining clients while providing and recommending next generation telecommunications, data center, cloud, and managed services solutions to new and existing customers. The Solution Specialist will work closely with Avant’s strategic partners and will further develop and sell additional services into a set base of customers. The Solution Specialist will enhance the customer experience by executing regular technology reviews, growing and retaining various clients by upselling the latest hybrid cloud technologies in the marketplace and managing the day-to-day customer relationship. This person will be the primary point of contact for clients who have previously purchased these services. This is a full-time position.
