Accountabilities
- Actively engage referral teams to drive aligned partnerships.
- Support and expand collaboration with regional initiatives.
- Oversee execution related to the Revenue Analysis program.
- Identify new referral partnerships to increase consultation opportunities.
- Drive consultation volumes to meet quarterly and annual targets.
- Ensure qualified referrals transition smoothly to the sales organization.
- Monitor trends and provide feedback to enhance consultation quality.
- Partner with leadership to continuously optimize results.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing partner relations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in a sales environment, preferably within healthcare.
