Partner Support Representative II

• Entering data, including, without limitation, new applications, pending items, etc. into Company’s systems.
• Handling incoming calls from partners and working directly with external and internal personnel to resolve any issues which may arise within the relationship. 
• Managing and maintaining Company’s Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) systems.
• Communicating essential information to partners and maintaining appropriate business etiquette throughout interactions with partners.
• Relaying essential technical information internally and externally, including, without limitation, proper use of Company’s systems, promotional offerings, and application packaging.
• Navigating multiple computer system interfaces to key application information into the Company’s systems accurately and in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in merchant services, specific to partner support/partner relations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products including Microsoft Excel
• CBOS knowledge a plus.
• Works on-site at Maverick’s Calabasas location.
