Job Title: Partnership Manager, Institutional Gifts
Classification: Exempt, Permanent, Full-Time
Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000
Work Location: Remotely serving Northern and Central California’s surrounding counties including, but not limited to: Yolo, Solano, Sacramento, Sonoma, Marin, Napa, San Mateo, Alameda, Contra Costa, Monterey, Santa Cruz, San Benito, Santa Clara, Madera, Stanislaus and surrounding areas.This role is hybrid, and will be expected to work from our Berkeley office 2x/month; applicants must be located in or willing to relocate to one of the regions that we serve.

Job Overview
The Partnership Manager, Institutional Gifts, is responsible for cultivating, building, and strengthening strategic relationships with institutional partners and companies who want to invest in our work to transform our regional food system. Through a relationship-centered approach, they will engage constituents through 1:1 relationship building, crafting intimate and purpose-driven events, and shaping articulate and compelling grant proposals and reports. They will work collaboratively with the Development, Communications, Program and Operations teams to meet or exceed our fundraising goals. They will embody our organizational values of equity, empathy, transformational leadership, ecological responsibility, and resilience.
The Partnership Manager will report to our Director of Development and will be part of a four-person Development team.
