Job Description - Partnerships Account Manager

Awardco is reimagining the workplace to be more rewarding, supportive, and fun for everyone. As one of the fastest-growing companies in the employee experience industry, our mission is to help employees love what they do, love where they work, and get recognized for their efforts, especially our own employees! And as winners of Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work, Best in Brightest in the Nation, and Great Place to Work, we do much more than talk the talk.

Awardco is seeking a highly experienced and intellectually curious Partner Account Manager to join our Corporate Development department, a small, high-leverage team focused on maximizing Awardco's long-term value. The Partner Account Manager will be responsible for driving growth through Awardco’s strategic partnerships with UKG, ADP & BambooHR. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for UKG, ADP & BambooHR Account Executives (AEs) and field teams within the USA and abroad, ensuring Awardco is positioned as the go-to global recognition & rewards partner. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in the HRIS ecosystems, excel at building trusted relationships, and work cross-functionally to align strategies, generate pipeline, and accelerate/win joint opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison for UKG, ADP & BambooHR AEs and field teams within the United States and EMEA.

  • Build deep, trusted relationships within the UKG, ADP & BambooHR ecosystems to drive referrals and joint opportunities.

  • Strategize with UKG, ADP & BambooHR AEs on accounts where Awardco can accelerate global payroll and workforce expansion.

  • Lead enablement efforts to educate and equip UKG, ADP & BambooHR field teams with Awardco messaging, tools, and resources.

  • Identify high-potential accounts for joint expansion with UKG, ADP & BambooHR.

  • Coordinate co-marketing and joint field activities (events, roundtables, ABM campaigns) with UKG, ADP & BambooHR and system integrator partners.

  • Track, measure, and report on KPIs, including sourced revenue and pipeline influence from the UKG, ADP & BambooHR partnerships.

  • Partner with internal Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to design and launch co-branded programs with UKG, ADP & BambooHR.

  • Develop UKG, ADP & BambooHR-specific case studies and capture customer references.

  • Support strategic initiatives, such as deployment offset programs and co-sell incentives.

  • Maintain CRM accuracy and document all partnership engagement for visibility and measurement.

  • Collaborate with UKG, ADP & BambooHR leadership to identify new opportunities for joint customer acquisition and expansion.

  • Manage partner relationships end-to-end, including onboarding, enablement, pipeline generation, and performance reviews.

  • Lead executive-level partner meetings, QBRs, and joint business planning sessions.

  • Stay informed on UKG, ADP & BambooHR product releases, roadmap updates, and ecosystem trends to proactively align strategies.

Qualifications

  • Direct experience working within or alongside UKG/ADP/BambooHR or other HRIS ecosystems.

  • 5+ years in alliances, channel management, enterprise sales, or partner-facing roles.

  • Proven ability to source, build, and activate new relationships, not just rely on warm introductions.

  • Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying role with pipeline and revenue accountability.

  • Strong understanding of HCM, global payroll, EOR, or related partner offerings.

  • Proven success in influencing indirect sales channels and partner ecosystems.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to map solutions to business outcomes.

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and engaging executive stakeholders.

  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and partnership reporting.

  • Willingness to travel up to 40% to meet with partners, attend events, and support field activities.
