Partnerships Ambassador (Game Days)

 
The Partnerships Ambassador is responsible for participating in the execution of both gameday and non-game day events in and around the Chase Stadium in Fort Lauderdale, including but not limited to gameday activations, fan zone, pre-game ceremonies, hospitality experiences and partner special events. 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with fan zone activations and special events 
• Arrive early on match days to set up all activation spaces around the Fan Zone
• Assist with set up, break down, and execution of partner events throughout the year
• Be knowledgeable of all policies, services, and facility locations inside our stadium
• Must be fan-friendly and become familiar with the stadium in order to provide accurate directions throughout the stadium
• All other related duties as required

•  Available to work all Inter Miami CF home games throughout the season (additional event attendance may be required).
• Ability to handle multiple task simultaneously in fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours including but not limited to evenings, weekends, and holidays 
• Very strong interpersonal and communication skills coupled with a passion for providing great customer service required
• Fluency in English and Spanish a plus
• A passion for finding solutions and providing unparalleled customer experiences. 
• Must posses reliable transportation to and from work for all games
• Physically demanding, must be able to move boxes and light equipment
