Job Description:

We’re looking for a relationship-driven, execution-savvy team member who’s excited to bring ideas to life. As our Partnerships & Events Coordinator, you'll play a key role in helping us build meaningful brand connections, support media outreach, and create engaging online and in-person experiences.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in marketing, partnerships, or events who’s passionate about wellness, women’s health, or fertility—and thrives in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.

What You'll Do:

Partnerships & Outreach

  • Research and connect with potential brand partners, influencers, and vendors
  • Help build and manage relationships that align with our mission
  • Support sponsorship tracking, communications, and follow-ups
 

Media & PR Support

  • Assist with identifying and pitching media opportunities
  • Keep media lists and outreach timelines organized
  • Coordinate with PR partners and support execution
     

Events & Experiences

  • Help plan and execute both virtual and in-person events
  • Manage logistics, vendor communication, and event details
  • Support smooth event execution and follow-through
 

Project Coordination

  • Use tools like ClickUp and Slack to manage tasks and timelines
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership teams
  • Stay organized, meet deadlines, and adapt when needed

Who You Are:

  • Enjoy building connections and managing projects from start to finish
  • Have strong communication and organizational skills
  • Like working on a variety of creative, people-centered initiatives
  • Care deeply about supporting families and reproductive health
  • Are familiar with project management tools (or quick to learn)

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships, events, PR, or marketing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in women health industry is required
  • Experience in fertility, healthcare, or family-building industries is preferred
