Partnerships Coordinator


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Partnerships Coordinator to support our Partnerships team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations across employer partnerships, student initiatives, and internal workflows. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong experience in job board management and scholarship coordination.


What You’ll Do



  • Support day-to-day operations of the Partnerships team, including coordination, documentation, and communication

  • Manage and maintain job board postings by researching relevant opportunities, ensuring accuracy, and removing outdated listings

  • Assist in the administration of scholarship programs, including application cycles, materials preparation, and award communication

  • Coordinate with internal teams such as campuses, marketing, and student success to support partnership initiatives

  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems and support data tracking and reporting efforts

  • Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners


What You Bring



  • Experience managing or maintaining job boards, including posting, updating, and tracking opportunities

  • Experience supporting scholarship programs or similar processes involving applications, review cycles, and communications

  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or operations roles

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfort working with systems such as Microsoft Office, databases, or CRM tools

  • Ability to collaborate across teams and stay organized in a dynamic environment


Preferred



  • Experience in education, workforce development, or employer engagement environments

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or employer management platforms

  • Experience with reporting, data tracking, or process improvement


Work Schedule: 



  • This is a full-time, hybrid role. The position requires regular campus presence at our Hampton Roads locations and flexibility to support a multi-campus, multi-state organization as needed.

  • 1-2 days in office at our Corporate headquarters
