We partner with jewelry stores across the country to host multi-buying events where customers bring in valuables – like fine jewelry and luxury goods – for expert evaluation and no-obligation offers. Job Overview

We are looking to hire an experienced and highly motivated Partnerships Coordinator to support our Revenue Department. The ideal candidate will be digitally proficient and have direct experience in organizational and administrative duties. The Partnerships Coordinator will work cross-functionally, handling wide-ranging tasks to help the marketing, account management, and sales teams function smoothly. 


Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support our marketing, account management, and sales teams.
  • Gain hands-on experience in business to business relationship management, marketing, and event strategy.
  • Work closely with our marketing team on setting up ads (Meta, email, text).
  • Manage reviews and customer inquiries on social media and company website.
  • Proofread marketing materials and assist with data entry. 
  • Gain insight into client needs and collaborate across teams to optimize client engagement and event performance.
  • Assist in preparing for internal meetings and strategic planning.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with field teams to ensure seamless execution of appointment software and queue management.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree preferred
  • 2-5+ years of experience in a clerical or office support position
  • Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication, time management, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, critical thinking, and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle diverse tasks, adapt to changing workflows, and support hybrid teams
  • Computer software knowledge (Google Sheets, Google Slides, CRM, etc.) 
  • Valid driver’s license
