Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Parts, Accessory, and Clothing Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for motorsports and a strong desire to provide outstanding service to our customers. This role involves assisting customers in selecting and purchasing the right parts, accessories, and apparel to enhance their riding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.


• Provide expert advice on parts, accessories, and clothing to meet customer needs.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.


• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.


• Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.


• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.


• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.


• Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction.


• Participate in training sessions and product knowledge workshops.


• Assist Customers with scheduling their service and picking up their vehicles when completed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Previous sales experience, preferably in the motorsports or automotive industry.


• Strong Knowledge of powersports, and related parts and accessories.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


• Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.


• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.


• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.


• Passion for motorsports and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
