We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-orientated Parts Administrator for full time, permanent position with a very stable organization whose products adds true value to the community. Working closely with the Director of Purchasing you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the parts department. You will be responsible for managing inventory, ordering and tracking parts. This position offers 1st hours, Monday to Friday with an exceptional benefit package including medical, dental, PTO, vision, 401K
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain inventory levels of all parts and supplies
- Place orders for parts and supplies as needed
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery to the correct location
- Maintain accurate records of all parts transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a parts or inventory management role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy
