Job Description

The Parts Advisor supports the daily operations of the Parts Department, assisting customers, processing orders, and ensuring efficient inventory management.

Essential Job Functions

Assist customers with parts orders and inquiries.
Look up parts using the catalog system.
Process invoices, receipts, and order paperwork.
Manage shipping, receiving, and parts storage.
Maintain organized and clean parts area.
Handle warranty parts and special tool inventory.
Cut keys and assist with parts deliveries.
Perform other duties as assigned.
