The Parts Advisor supports the daily operations of the Parts Department, assisting customers, processing orders, and ensuring efficient inventory management.

Essential Job Functions

  • Assist customers with parts orders and inquiries.
  • Look up parts using the catalog system.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and order paperwork.
  • Manage shipping, receiving, and parts storage.
  • Maintain organized and clean parts area.
  • Handle warranty parts and special tool inventory.
  • Cut keys and assist with parts deliveries.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
