Parts Advisor

Planet Honda is searching for a highly motivated and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join our growing team. Motivated Parts Advisors will make $60,000+ annually.

In this role, you will:

• Assist customers by expertly identifying and locating genuine Honda parts and accessories.


• Utilize our parts inventory system to efficiently process orders and ensure accurate part availability.


• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, addressing concerns, and exceeding expectations.


• Build strong relationships with service technicians and other departments, fostering clear communication and collaboration.


• Maintain a clean and organized parts department, ensuring efficient workflow and part accessibility.

To be a successful candidate, you must:

• Possess a strong understanding of Honda vehicles, parts, and their functionalities.


• Be able to interpret technical information and translate it into clear and understandable communication for customers.


• Have excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building rapport and exceeding expectations.


• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


• Be proficient in computer skills, including experience with parts inventory software.
