Parts Advisor

Job Summary:
Griffith Ford Seguin is currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Advisor. This position is a full-time, base plus commission sales job in the auto industry. As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing the right parts for their vehicles while ensuring excellent customer service and meeting sales goals. This individual contributor role is based in Seguin, Texas.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and assist them in finding the correct parts for their vehicles
• Use company software to look up parts and prices
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
• Process parts orders and maintain accurate inventory levels
• Work with service and repair personnel to ensure timely delivery of parts
• Meet established sales goals and contribute to overall store profitability
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Continuously educate yourself on new parts, pricing, and industry trends

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
• Automotive parts knowledge and experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
